To Report Or Not To Report Abuse? That Is The (Wrong) Question

The child sexual abuse allegations involving Jerry Sandusky and other university officials at Penn State have opened the floor for policy makers, journalists, and others to debate whether or not laws should require all adults to report known or suspected cases of child abuse. This debate is not new.
